Vancouver Welcomes the Credibly Accused War Criminal Dick Cheney!

Vancouver demonstrated an increased hostility towards the known war criminals. People are upset, they just don't know what to do about it yet. We have private criminal prosecutions in Canada. Once Canadians learn that they too can use our legal system and it remains to be seen if our legal system is legit or as corrupted as our elected assemblies. We have to test our legal system ladies and gentlemen. How are we to know if it works or not if we don't personally give it a try. Private prosecutions are when a normal person provides a single sheet of paper called an "information" to the court. The Justice of the Peace is legally required to receive "information" in the correct format. Look him up he's in your local yellow pages. That triggers a review of the information that the prosecutor must be made aware of and given the opportunity to review and intervene. This right comes from ancient Kings prerogative in the courts and since we are still in a constitutional monarchy, applies. There are justifiable reasons for denying any further prosecution. This is the first test of our legal system. Will they unreasonably deny to proceed with prosecution? That's a really important thing to know. Are our courts legit or not?
